Hill Lake, Hill City Minnesota fishing tournament results.
Ultimate Angler Challenge fishing tournament.

Well our third event of the Ultimate Angler Challenge Series was a beautiful day and clear skies. Hill Lake definitely has some great fishing for many species. We launched out of both the DNR and the city park launches.

Hill Lake Ultimate Angler Challenge fishing tournament winners 2007. Hill City Minnesota fishing tournament winners, Gary Shofner and Neal Troumbly.

The winners were Gary Shofner and Neal Troumbly with a five species bag including pike, a limit of bluegills, largemouth bass, rock bass, and perch. Second place went to Pat Day and Autum Carlson with a 5 species bag including a 11 plus inch crappie, a perch, bluegills, rock bass, and a largemouth bass. Third place went to Timothy and Dylan Groupman with a nice three species bag.

Everyone was a great sport and had fun out fishing.

Congratulations to everyone and especially Gary Shofner and Neal Troumbly, see ya at Rush Lake in Rush City in two weeks.
